Hello,

 

When I try and access my EE Perk account I get the message that my log in details are invalid and when I try and reset my password I have not receive an email with the instructions on how to reset it. I have checked in the spam folder and there is nothing there. Also when I try and re-register I get a message that an account with me details already exists

How long ago did you register for a Perk account? 

 

Are you logging in with the email address you used to register and the validation email was sent to?

I registered the Perk account about 2 years ago and Yes i have been trying to log in with the email address I used to register the account with

Hi I am experiencing this same issue. Occurred last week as well but then was suddenly able to log in.

 

Now I cannot login and never receive the reset password email. 

 

HOw can I get my ee perk codes?

I registered with my personal email and added the work email for verification (neither works to login). 

 

I verified my work email already. 

 

I signed up about 2-3 weeks ago I think

Have you checked your works junk/spam folder for the reset password email? 

 

If you received the verification email to your work, this is the one you will use to log in.

Yes I have checked junk/spam, nothing is there. 

 

Tried again using my work email address but cannot log in and still no reset email. 

 

Hi again, managed to get the reset email but my account has now been locked ( for 24 hours!!)

 

Is there any way to unlock it?
