I have had a text message from EE_Offers saying 'We've freshened up our SIM plans, and we've put together some online exclusive offers for you which are available until 17 July see full details at http://discover.ee.co.uk/....' It then states a recommended 12 month SIM plan with 20GB, unlimited mins and texts for £17 a month and says that if I do nothing, I will be moved to a new 30 day rolling SIM plan with same data allowance for £21 a month on 20 July.
Is this a scam message? The rates given seem very cheap in comparison to the SIM rates on EE website. Does anyone who works at EE know about this or any customers had a similar message to this?
Thanks.

Hello @Wheel_Barrow ,
Welcome to the community,,
I have seen others ask about this and the answer from one of our community staff always says it is genuine, but you can always ring customer service to check this out. I have just gone back to have a look and found this is genuine, you may want to check here:
