I received a text message from EE indicating that I could move to a new Sim Only plan (£15 - 24 months) or would be automatically moved to a 30-day rolling plan when my current plan ends. This is the link: https://simoffer.ee.co.uk/Home/MyPlan
I would like to move to the £15 plan, but when I click 'Choose this plan' (logged in) I'm directed to the EE homepage and there is no sign of the plan or how to get it. Where do I find it?
I'm not in a position to call so I'd like to get it done online if possible.

What does the £15 plan include? how much data, calls and texts?
When you log in to your My EE account a select upgrade, does the plan show?

Hi @Katie_B, thanks for replying, sorry for the delay.
The plan incudles 40GB data, unlimited calls and text. When I log in, the plan isn't showing in the ugrade options. The apparent available upgrades options are very different. I've looked all over the EE site (logged in) but can't find any reference to the online exclusive plan for £15. Any ideas appreciated?

I can't seem to see this online exclusive deal on our SIM Only page.
I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can check this offer.
