Hi @Earl_of_Fulham

There should be a card or a sticker on the device with the passwords.

Thanks

Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the password found under the battery cover. Then on the WiFi Settings tab you should be able to see your WiFi password in clear & change it if you like.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Unfortunately, there is nothing to indicate a "Password" on the box.. All I do have on the the sticker(s) on the box are these and they only show:-

A) Mob No.

B) PIN

C) PUK

2nd Sticker

A) FDD

B) MAC

C) IMEI

However, in other good news, I experimented with the "Mini key" No., on the "Keep Me Card" and #Voila# ... we are finally in business.

Message to EE... you make it all as clear as mud... You could make it all so much easier...

with a "Step by Step" guide on your website, but that would be to much to ask, no??

Big thanks and kudos, to the "@Northerner" person who responded. EE  you only get 3/10, (and that is being generous!), You really must try harder!!

Regards,

Earl
