EE Checkout is not working

Hello,
I'm trying to get Pay Monthly subscribtion via website(switching from Pay as you go), but every time when I try to pass trough first stage (provide personal details) and press "Continue to next step" I'm getting an error saying:
"SORRY! WE COULDN'T FIND THAT PAGE ..."
