Can I have phone delivered to EE store

I've recently upgraded and will be receiving my new phone on or around 15th but it's being delivered to my house.  Is there any way I can collect it from my local EE store? I can provide all the ID and proof of address they require.

 

I know I get a one hour slot option but that might not be practical on the day.

Hi @NicholaH,

 

To have your new phone delivered to a store, it would needed to be done at the point of sale.

 

You will receive a text from DPD before your delivery and you can change the time and date to better suit you.

 

If your not going to be available, someone else can sign for the delivery at your address as long as they have photo ID and they have the same surname as you 🙂
