I ordered a 64gb Space Grey iPhone 8 on Wednesday 31st of October as I was due a standard upgrade on my pay monthly contract, and I haven’t received any emails since to say it has been dispatched. In the email I was told “Expect dispatch within 7 days to you or your EE store”. It’s almost day 7 and I haven’t received any news or update of it being dispatched and when I go to track order all I’m getting is
“Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.
Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD.”
Where is my order?

It's unusual that you haven't received any email confirmation. I recommend getting in touch with customer services to check your order.
