I had to send my iPhone 13 back to Apple as it had a fault. I removed the e-sim from mobile data.
Got my replacement phone today and went to add the sim. Downloaded all fine, but it needs activating. However they will send me a text message. Yet I can’t receive a text message as I need to activate the sim!
Why does it have to be so difficult. Surely you can send the activation code to my email as a backup?

@Risc0n That’s the esim for you. You need a replacement SIM card to receive the message. you’ll need to call customer services to request this.
