Is there a query that we can help you with? EE is part of the BT Group, but if you want a BT Mobile SIM then you need to buy that from BT Mobile.

I have the sim i cant use in handset as 6month rule ee have so whats point duel sim any way around this ??

Like any phone regardless if its dual sim or not the phone is locked to EE.
BT may own EE but they run separately.
You are going to have to wait 6 months before you can unlock the device as per the T&Cs which you agreed to when taking out the contract
