Speaking to people like that probably is the reason you aren't getting any help.
They are human beings just like you and me. Treat them like one.

You obviously didn't read the post correctly as its the lack of being able to talk to someone is the cause of the post and frustration. So please do read correctly before commenting as Ee have a very bad name when it comes to customer relations and not being able to contact them doesnt help the situation nore comments from people failing to read the post

Well I have just contacted them via live chat.
As I have no signal in my area,
They have given me a refund on all 3 of my lines. (Not the whole month). Great customer service.
You continue to say you can't contact them but there are several ways you can.
But its also the way you speak to them. If you are rude why should they help?
I work in retail. If I get a rude customer I walk away and they don't get served. Simple as that really.

Have you tried contacting them via EE?
I understand you're frustrated, but this is a community forum and there's no need take it out here
The EE Twitter team and for that fact the phone team have always been super friendly and helpful to me whenever I've needed them.
The wait times may be longer as with everyone at the moment, they're limited in staff due to social distancing in the contact center and some will be working from home. This is the same for every company, not just EE.
Please remember they're human, treat them as you wish to be treated and be patient. An upgrade is not an urgent issue, you can stand to wait a week or more for a new device/plan
