I’m still waiting for my iPhone 12 pro max which I ordered at end of November. If I chose it to be delivered in store, how is this changed now due to lockdown and the store being closed??

If your local store is closed when your phone is ready for delivery, it will be sent to your home address.
You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.
