I recently upgraded my phone and paid £70 upfront costs. I have been charged an additional £70 for equipment on my latest bill. Have I been charged twice or is this a hidden cost to upgrading?

@Natalie77 Does it say anything like a -£70 anywhere on the bill ?? Have you actually looked at the bill break down? The £70 you originally paid will be shown on your bill even through you’ve already paid it. Are you actually getting charged again ?
