Disgusting Price Increase!

I've just had the email that you are now cashing in on the cost of living crisis by smashing a massive 14.4 % increase on my bill.

Its absolutely disgusting, at a time when people are struggling to eat and heat their homes you decide to hit us with that ridiculous increase, not just a few % you up it by 14.4%

Its sick and I'll never be using EE again when this contract ends, I'll also be going out of my way to warn other people from using you, there's absolutely no justification in a hike like that, its pure greed and you should be ashamed.

You're a disgrace!

@Eugene60   Other networks are increasing their prices the same or more than EE.  You’ll always find a cheaper deal even on EE after the price increase happens.   this increase only applies to current contract customers.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Plusnet (owned by BT) will also be increasing my Broadband with inflation, mid contract

This has annoyed me to the point where ill be finding a supplier with no mid contract increase

Vote with your feet, they wont listen here.

@foxtrotmike  Here a list of ISP who don’t increase prices each year in line with CPI/RPI

  • Cuckoo

  • Utility Warehouse

  • Voneus

Just remember they might not do it now but that still doesn’t mean they can’t do it later in the year.

Why can’t you invest some of your disgusting profits into improving your infrastructure? What you are basically saying is WE the consumer are paying more so you can improve your network, should that not be the other way around? Are you supposed to improve it with your money in order to keep customers coming back and get new ones ?

you’re an absolute disgrace and I’m going to continue to go out of my way to discourage anyone from using EE in the future, people need to vote with their feet and make this absolute disgrace of a company go under

Yeah. Just received an email telling me that my bill is going up by £11.80 per month. Outrageous amount . Once I’m out of contract, I will be leaving EE.

I am also disgusted at such a massive hike, at a time when everyone is struggling. You can tell me “it’s in the terms and conditions “ all day long, but that doesn’t make it right, or help me in any way, which according to the adverts I’ve seen on television, EE are always boasting about how much they are there to help people.

I rung EE to ask about my options as I'm in contract until May next year and was told I'd need to pay a £700 cancellation fee to end the contract. Was going to think it over for a bit but EE decided to just do a follow-up call to me to ask why I was thinking of leaving and then proceed to argue and be extremely rude to me when I said it was due to their choice to increase my monthly bill. It was one of the most unprofessional conversations I've ever experienced in my life. Needless to say they've made my mind up for me and I'm cancelling my contract.

It’s a good job no other network has increased prices the same as EE or even more than EE this time round.  Oh wait a minute.  Any new contract on any network taken out now will not get this price increase it will get one next year and it could be be higher than this and no one knows what it could be at present.

That'll be why I'm switching to a monthly rolling plan elsewhere instead of a fixed term 'con'tract.

Cpi is close to 10% not over 14%......

Don't lie and expect people to be pleased about it.
