I've just had the email that you are now cashing in on the cost of living crisis by smashing a massive 14.4 % increase on my bill.
Its absolutely disgusting, at a time when people are struggling to eat and heat their homes you decide to hit us with that ridiculous increase, not just a few % you up it by 14.4%
Its sick and I'll never be using EE again when this contract ends, I'll also be going out of my way to warn other people from using you, there's absolutely no justification in a hike like that, its pure greed and you should be ashamed.
You're a disgrace!

I was just going to say the same I had notification today that the fees will go up in line with inflation. Since when are we at 14.3%!!!! EE is just jumping on the bandwaggon

I have got my ps5 1 month ago!!!! Why is EE still advertising it for 31£/month? Smells like a scam to me.
It is advertised for 31 pound and in a couple of days is going to be 35£/month.
Where do you put your good faith in it? It's a marketing scam

Have you had that confirmed? They surely cannot be increasing the pay monthly on something without an actual service?

They don’t care! That much is clear. I really hope someone more informed than me can see a legal issue with what they are doing because morally they are criminals

They are an absolute disgrace! What’s become apparent to me in all this is just how poor a service they provide, have you seen their trust pilot rating, even before this it was level Poor and they have 71% of people leaving them 1 star, i mean for a company this size it’s beyond embarrassing
what it also shows though is they have absolutely no right to be putting prices up in line with decent providers, how can they justify themselves as being anywhere near other mobile companies?
For the prices they charge I’d expect not just a great service but a close to perfect one, what they provide is **bleep**.
im disgusting with them, make sure you leave a trustpilot review and show people what they are really like so we can stop more people being ripped off

Why does the price of a loaf of bread going up affect your charges?! We've been with ee for many years but no more! Come end of contract our phones and broadband are going elsewhere.

Well unless staff have seen a 14% pay rise (CPI+3.9%) where are all our prices going up?
06-03-2023 02:46 PM
Very disappointed with EE I have just received by increase which you state is above inflation rates,
That is all very well and good but my pension doesn't rise this much so i too will look very carefully when my contract is up at other supplier's,if this is how you treat loyal customers.
