Difficulty paying bill online

Payment keeps declining even though I have the funds, called bank and they said its ee. Bill is now overdue as I've been trying to pay for 2 days and not been able to chat or call ee for help!

@Lynnie81 Why not just setup a DD. ? If your having issues paying online then you need to call.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
