I made an online subscription, I called but I hung up and he didn't answer, what's going I have not received any call back and no one answers the phone.

@Cristinairina  Online subscription to what ?   No one will call you back unless you have already spoken to customer services and had this arranged but if this is about ordering a  phone you need to call there is no call back service for this.   Call backs are for technical support or other account issues ie billing but this is all arranged.

@Chris_B yes about ordering a phone I called I talked and I gave all the necessary details absolutely everything and then he told me to wait to check the address I waited then it closed and since yesterday I call continuously but no one answers only the music in the background. Should I wait for a confirmation text message? the number I called is 0800 956 6042
