Hi. I ordered a pacific blue iPhone 12 Pro 256gb on 20th November. Tracking says order accepted and in stock but it never updates further. Looks like you don’t want phone calls (poor impression given by a phone company which should pride itself on customer satisfaction), so has my order slipped through the net? If there is a delay, good service would be to let me know. Please get an update for me. I can give you the reference number if you need it.

We are doing our best to get more stock for customers and fulfilling oldest orders first.
Keep an eye on the order tracker, as it will update when there is any movement.
If you've had a confirmation email, your order has been created.
Look out for a text from DPD with delivery information.
