Hi, i understand theses times are hard with everything going on but i added a apple watch to my plan as an easier way to stay connected as i work for the nhs and i cannot always have my phone on me.
I ordered on 27th May and only received a confirmation email the tracking number i was given starts with XKO. (normally delivery would have come 2 days after)
When i try to track this it says "sorry we cant show your order details right now", i understand delivery's may take longer but i would juts like a rough estimate on a delivery date if possible.

I ordered an iPhone on Saturday 26th June 2020, then you get a time period with no contact, finally got an email, I waited in all day Sunday for this PHONE, a phantom DPD driver said he called but left no card, so I rang 150 to get the DUMBER & DUMBER driver back, its now Monday with no communication and you guessed it no bloody phone, even with Amazon you can track an item from order to the door, not with EE, service is very shoddy.

When you called Customer Care, did they check DPD had the correct address?
