I ordered the Samsung s20 ultra on the 10th of March. My tracking says awaiting confirmation. I chose to have my order delivered to my local EE store but due to the current epidemic of covid 19 my local store is closed. I am wondering is there any way I am able to change my delivery option to home delivery ?

@Tconnor94   If you have a waiting confirmation this usually means you need to call customer services as they want to speak to you about something.   You’ll probably be able to change the delivery address also. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

My status has been saying awaiting confirmation since the 6th of April, any ideas on how long this wait is going to be or am I better off just ringing and speaking to someone, my current contract has been finished since the 13th March and I domt fancy continuing to pay this bill if my new upgrade is going to take much longer.
