Hi, 

 

I ordered my upgrade on the 14th feb and I still haven’t received any updates on when my phone will be getting delivered?

Did you place your order online or over the phone?

 

Have you had a confirmation email containing tracking information?

I upgraded online and I received an email confirmation and when I put in my tracking details there’s nothing.
