Hello,
I upgraded my phone in 23/8, EE sent the phone for delivery with DPD. For 3 days I received messages from them saying they were going to deliver, but at the end of each day they sent a message saying I had chosen to re-arrange delivery (I hadn’t) I don’t think they could find my address, they did try to call one of the days but I was not able to answer the call. Anyway, they now say the phone has been returned to EE. I’m not sure how to go about arranging delivery or collection now? Please help!

If you can get in touch with our Customer Care team, they will be able to help you to get a delivery rearranged, or advise what are the next best steps to take.
