Hi, I ordered a pay as you go phone on Feb 14th and still haven’t received it? I tried to track my order on the EE website, but it says it can’t be tracked and I haven’t received any update via mobile or email, how do I know when I will be receiving it? Thanks

@WilliamsE93 If the device was in stock when you ordered you should of had this by now. I recommend you call customer services about this order as it looks like it didn’t go through.

Hey, I’m an existing customer, but the phone I ordered is for my mum as she has a sim only, so wanted a newer handset. It’s for her birthday on Thursday, but still no sign of it being delivered!? Any help would be greatly received. Thank you
