No tracking number

Hi,

 

I ordered a new phone a couple of days ago and I got a text from EE yesterday to say that the SIM had been despatched. I called EE today and they said that both my phone and the SIM have been despatched and are out for delivery today.

 

I haven't been given a tracking number and haven't been texted or notified by DPD that it's getting delivered today. Is there a way I can track my phone?

What did the text you received say? You would normally receive a text with your tracking number when your phone is dispatched.

The text I received said that my SIM had been despatched and gave me a link to follow once it arrived to activate it. I didn't get a text specifically saying my phone had been despatched. 

 

When speaking to EE today I said I only received the text about my SIM and they said that both my phone and SIM had been despatched and my phone was due to be delivered today

Hi @Eilidh23,

 

If you haven't received any tracking information from DPD, your phone may not have been dispatched yet.

 

I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can check. If it has been dispatched, they'll be able to provide you with a tracking number.
