I purchased this offer in November, there was no info on how to claim the speaker, I called and they said to wait for cooling off period. Nothing. I called today and was told I can't claim this is ridiculous I feel totally ripped off. NOT impressed.

This particular offer was provided by Samsung and needed to be redeemed within 30 days of your purchase on the Samsung website.
If you were given incorrect information when you called, please get in touch with Customer Care so the team can look into it for you.

I spoke to your customer services yesterday and they were completely unhelpful. They had no information on there even being a speaker on offer despite it being fairly obvious and offered no help whatsoever.
