I am extremely unhappy with EE's delivery system. I bought my iphone 12 pro for 40 days, at the store the seller said it would arrive in 2 WEEKS, I understand that for the corona virus the deadline has extended, but I received a message from EE explaining that my order was ready and would be delivered until 11/30 / 2020 and so far it hasn't been. I call EE and nobody knows how to explain anything. I REQUIRE AN EXPLANATION

Sorry, we don't have an estimated dispatch date for that particular model.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive stock from our supplier.
If you would prefer to switch to a different model, please get in touch with Customer Care.

so why did i receive a message saying that the order was ready and would be dispatched in 24h? Your system is flawed. They do not communicate. negligence

Was this message from EE or DPD, @Karoline?
DPD will send you a text when your order is ready to be delivered.

They will be able to see why you were sent that message.
