Hello I ordered a replacement SIM 1 month ago and in the email ir says that it would be popped in the post within 2 working days since when i did not get it and didnt get any email

@NunoCardoso75 You’ll need to request another one as you should of had it by now.

The SIM should have arrived within 2-5 working days for you, please get in touch with our customer care team, they can help you get another SIM card sent out.
