Hi, sorry if this is a bit of a silly question however yesterday I ordered a new iPhone 11, I then recieved an email from ee with a reference number and that it would come between 2pm and 4pm today however I've heard nothing else and no delivery today. I was wondering whether they're taking longer to deliver right now or I should chase up ee.
I'm a very nervous person when it comes to deliveries so any help would be appreciated, thank you!

No more information recieved, also when I apply the reference number to the online tracking search it just shows an error message😳
