I ordered a 4G Galaxy watch. The tracking website says it was dispatched and in the hands of DPD who would be shortly sending a text message with delivery dates.
This was on the 19th of November.
As yet I've not heard anything.
Anyone else had similar experience or any ideas who I can speak to

I'm sorry to hear you've not had your new Galaxy 4G Watch delivered yet and there are some confusion around when it will be delivered.
If you contact customer service on 150 from any EE phone or 07953 966250 from any other phone and they'll be able to track the device for you and provide you with any updates.
