Delivery timings

I’ve arranged my upgrade online as they had little stock in the shop.

With free delivery. I work full time. None of the delivery slots is when I’m home, other than waiting a whole week and paying £5 for a whole day Saturday slot. And they won’t let me authorise to leave with a neighbour.

I feel I’m being penalised for working full-time. This is very ignorant of 21st Century working life.

suggestions please.

@KateAP   Unfortunately it’s a requirement as you have to show ID at the billing address as that’s the only place the device will be delivered too, This is for your benefit as this will stop someone from trying to get a device in your name.   You can always request it to be delivered to your local EE store.
