How long are deliveries taking in the current climate. I upgraded last week and have recieved no update on my order or if it's been dispatched. The money has been taken from my account but no further information recieved. When I put the order number in it says unable to track at this time. Just after an update on how long it is taking as I obviously can't call customer service as it's not urgent. Thanks.

I called up at 8am today very helpful to be honest they sorted me out and tracked my phone

Can you let me know which day you placed your order? Did you do this online?
If you have received your confirmation email and your payment has been taken then your order has been processed by our team.
If you send me over which phone your ordered with the colour and size variant, I will check the current stock levels and estimate dispatch times for you.

Hi, I placed my upgrade order on 10th April for an ipad pro 11 2020, I have recieved the confirmation email and payment has been taken. I have not recieved a dpd text to advise on delivery. I hope you can help in this matter. Thanks claire.

That device is in stock and expected to be dispatched within 1 day.
As you should have had it by now, I'd suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can check the order is OK.
