Good luck with that I ordered mine in October the tracking said delivery between the 19th and the 23rd of November. Right up until the 18th it said order on track then on the 19th it went to awaiting confirmation. I asked on here and someone from EE just gave me what I see as a pre written generic answer the tracking to me isn’t live tracking as today mine now says expected dispatch in 24 hrs which it would have been to get here by the 23rd but I’m almost certain won’t be the case from what I have read from other customers
The current delivery guidance for that model is 'Expect dispatch within 14 days'. You'll receive a text message with tracking details the day before delivery.
