So I ordered the iPhone 13 pro max 128gb on the 27th September. When ordering the phone I was told to expect it within 14 days. It got delayed to the 22nd - 26th October. Annoying yet I was patient. It has yet again been delayed till the 29th - 2nd with and I quote ‘a 50/50 chance it’ll arrive then’.
I don’t understand what’s happening. There’s no incentive to stay with EE. No communication or apologies. No discounts. Nothing.
I don’t understand how/ why I have been delayed twice when I know of people who go are receiving there order from EE.
how is EE the uk’s no.1 network??
when will my phone actually arrive?

Hello @Phillay.
Thanks for coming to the community.
I am so sorry to hear you have not yet received your new phone.
Once your order begins to progress you will be notified.
I would recommend keep check of the order tracker which will update accordingly.
Katie.

But I do keep an eye on it.
that’s how I know it’s been delayed twice already. It’s gone from 14 days to 24 days and now I’m gonna wait at least 32 days when it ‘might show up’.

@Phillay And EE can only send out what Apple supply them, Apple can not produce them quick enough and Apple don’t just produce these for EE so there is a backlog of orders. Even apple have a 5 week waiting time if your order from them

That’s cool but why when I first order did they tell me it would be 14 days.
and why now when it says 29th - 2nd the guy on the said there’s only a 50% chance it’ll arrive
