I am still waiting for a confirmation email/ text regarding a delivery i am expecting today. The order was made on Wednesday and i was told that it would arrive today and will receive a text message to confirm the time slot. I am struggling to get through to someone on the phone so just wondered if anyone could offer advice?
@milliec Have you had anything from EE or DPD to say that your device is being delivered today ? You should of got this yesterday. If you’ve had that should of had your DPD tracking number so you can track the delivery via the DPD app.

Also, did you get an order number when it was placed? You can use this online to track the status of your order which should help you if you are having problems getting through on the phone x
