Hi, like many others I see on here I to ordered a product 3 days ago. It said my order would be here within one day and I’ve had no further communication since. I know DPD will contact me when it’s on it’s way but when will that be?? I wouldn’t have ordered it if it had said you can have your product but it will turn up as a surprise!
Hi, I have exactly the same problem had my confirmation email when I ordered but have had nothing since. I have rang 150 to try and see if my order went through and it just cut off. And I can’t even find the live chat to speak to someone.
There are less staff on in the call centres to comply with social distancing. There will be a longer wait than normal you will just need to hang on the line I am afraid.
