Hello,

 

I'm trying to add a product to my plan, but each time I try it tells me that I need to be in the first 17 months of my plan which I am. Please help.

Could you let me know which add to plan product you would like to order?

 

Also, could you try clearing cookies and cache and opening in a new web browser, can you place the order?

I'm trying to add the nintendo switch, but I'm not even getting to the page to select any products.

 

I've cleared my cache and tried again on a couple different devices and browsers but it is still saying i need to be in the first 17 months of my contract.

I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can check what's happening and put the order through for you, if needed.

I've spoken with them and they can't see where the issue is, and have suggested waiting and checking again.

Are you able to see if there is a problem with my account or the Add to Plan section please?

Hi,

 

No they were not, they said it doesn't seem to be working now and I should try again later. Is there something wrong with the website and if so, is it being fixed?
