I ordered an upgrade phone which was supposed to be delivered within 1 day.Had confirmation email straight away so expected some correspondence regarding the delivery.Tried going onto the upgrade page from my EE account & it no longer exists?I ordered this on 16.8.20.
If someone from EE could enlighten me please.I’d be very grateful.

It sounds like the order has gone through, as it no longer gives you upgrade options.
I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team, just to double check everything is OK.
