upgrade sent a new sim

I upgraded my iphone 8 to an iphone 11 and was sent a new sim but I want to use the sim I already have, is that ok?  Do I have to do anything with the new sim I have been sent?

Ordered a new sim

I ordered a sim online last week 11th August, received an email the following day to say my new sim was ready to use although it hadn't arrived, how long after the email should I wait for the sim to arrive in the post ??

Resolved! Missed calls

Hi On my iPhone 6s, certain numbers fail to notify by sound. E.g. a 0345 number from an insurance company and also O2 numbers. Some O2 numbers do not even register in 'recent calls'. All setting on phone seems okay - any ideas?
