Delayed delivery

I made an order over a week ago for an iPhone 11 paid £50 upfront and was told it would be delivered within a day. Obviously wasn’t expecting this due to current circumstances. However I haven’t received any further information in regards to where my delivery is if it has even been received the money has left my account. I have tried various EE customer service lines most of which are closed and I have left Tesco to join EE hence I don’t have a mobile number ect. Any help would be appreciated!!

If the tracker doesnt give you the information you require ring freephone 0800 317 720 and a customer service advisor will be able to check the status of your order.
