I recently gifted 100gb of data to my iPad from my mobile phone. This morning I had 80gb remaining and went into the ee store to upgrade my iPad to a newer version. I have removed the sim from my old iPad and put into my new one and they have taken 60gb of data away. Can they do this?

Did the store set up your iPad for you? including transferring all apps and data to your new iPad?
