I bought a 500 mb data add on which is supposed to last 7 days oe untill used up but i received a text 10 minutes after buying saying the pack had ended. What can i do to correct this.

Well, half a Gig isn't much data. What were you doing?

I did not even use my data from buying the add on to the text saying it was used up.
