Recently on holiday I purchased 3G add on (7days) for £6, as advertised on the EE app and website. Got a text confirming I had purchased 1G for £6 and not 3G. I used the 1G and then ran out of data completely. Phoned Customer Services twice and on the second call was given 1G of data as a goodwill gesture and was told that the advertised price was incorrect. This price is still being advertised. Has anyone else had this problem? Do I need to contact Trading Standards?
