I currently have a 200Gb Mobile Broadband package and had to add an extra 10Gb late last month. On my renewal date which is on the 21st of the month it renewed to just show the 10Gb add-on and not my normal 200Gb. Is this in error?

If you go to the add-on status page, does it show that your normal allowance is pending?
