Hi,
My mobile data is on - data roaming is on. on 13th of each month my data get reset so i can share with the family. But it not happening.
I am in UAE.
Can you please advice the reason? This is very important that I share data with family as they are dependent on this, please.

I share loads of data with my daughter so totally get how important this is.

@arifashiq As you're outside the UK your UK data won't renew as you're unable to use it.
You'll only be able to access any roaming data you have purchased and that can't be shared. Have you been able to share without issue until now?
How long have you been outside the UK?

Hi,
I want to come back as soon as but due to covid situation I am stuck here.
I have other family members number there who I share the data with.
is it possible to allocate/give some data to them so it keep them going?
I don't need the data here.

@arifashiq You'll need to have a chat with our customer care team to see what they can do.
You can contact them from outside the UK on +44 7953966250.
Their opening hours are Mon to Fri 8am - 9pm and Sat to Sun 8am - 8pm UK time.

but it come to me in message saying I have received a voice mail but no call.
i got the phone with me and it doing the same thing - why am not getting the call through? bit urgent please

The best thing to do is give our customer care team a call on the number above, can you make outbound calls?
