Hi,
I recently purchased a data add-on. It was advertised as 3gb for £6. But when I made the purchase it charged me £10 and only added 1gb onto my data.
Can someone help me with this?

When I went to live chat with them it says they cannot help me with this query and I don't want to call them as it will cost more than the actual problem cost me...

Hi,
I've got exactly the same problem. I paid for 500Mb add on, but when I look at what I got, it was only 250Mb. I'm abroad and don't want to spend time and money to call customer center for such a small amount, but I thought I'd let you know. Not impressed...

I know you're not keen on calling our Customer Care team, but they would be the best team to help you get this resolved, and hopefully prevent it from happening again.
