Am I unlucky or is the EE website pretty poor? Whenever I use it there always seems to be something broken. Just been trying to order a tablet for my daughter but I keep getting redirected to the "upgrade your phone" page. I don't want an upgrade, I want a #%@$ tablet! It's the same whether I use my phone or PC.

If this is happening on both the website and the app, it may be something to do with your account.
I'd recommend speaking with our Customer Care team so they can look into this for you.

Wel said. I find that nothing is fiut for purpose with EE site. It is probably to most useless and anti customer site of any mobile company and that is saying something since Vodafone is at least able to offer REALTIME support to its Valued customers both PAYG and Pay Monthly. Recommen d to all friends that EE should be avoided at all costs. Even in town storfes cannot help except to flog new phon es and eagerly take your money!
