Ordered tv last month for sons xmas and when he opened it yesterday the screen is damaged...any idea how I get this replaced?

I recommend to take photographic evidence and contact EE by online chat, calling, or wherever you purchased as soon as they open.
From memory, there was another similar report on here a few days ago that you may want to search for regarding a smashed TV screen, incorrectly packaged.
