Hi,
Not sure where to post this, but just wanted to pass on my thanks to Kieran Kelly in Glasgow who dealt with my contract renewal. I was all ready to move to another provider, despite great service. Kieran took the time to pin down my issue to an LG technical fault and sorted me out an excellent deal on a Pixel 3. I've had the phone for a week and I'm extremely happy. All thanks to Kieran - be sure to thank him for me...and buy him a beer 😉

Nice one Chris, i should point out that services were rendered via telephone rather than in store - 35 minutes later, the deal was done - the man was very patient!
