Credit score

Why is my credit score declined.? I called the bank and they said they have no reason to decline it but the CS said it has been declined

You might find services such as clearscore.com to be useful to find out what is going on.

There is some information on how EE uses your credit file on this EE help page 

 

You might want to obtain a copy of your credit file from the major agencies such as Experian & Equifax. It is the information in those files that EE uses.
