Hi anyone having issues with watsapp on 4G EE?

Did you speak to our Tech Gurus when you called 150? They will be able to get this looked into for you.

No I didn’t as the computer msg doesn’t direct me to anyone, it says check for online help and this was not the case before .

@Patrecef   You’ll need to call customer services on 150 from your EE phone.

Exactly what I have been doing and I guess EE is pushing people more into online help rather to customer service on call .

Also you can advise me a particular option after dialing 150 on EE network.

To get technical support, call 150 and select options 1, 3 then 4.
