I received my gaming unleashed text today, I followed the link and activated my unleashed bundle no problems, but I haven't received anything regarding my Controller? No text or code? When I contacted EE the guy said it would be sent automatically but I'm not convinced!! Can someone help me as EE aren't helping me at all

I've received my unleashed text and activated my pass, but I've not received my text about my controller?? When I phoned I was told it would be sent automatically but reading through here that doesn't appear true! Can you please help me with my query? I just want my controller that I'm paying monthly for please!!

Because in order to get the controller you have to redeem a code, in order to redeem a code you have to receive a text, so I haven't got my answer no, because I haven't received my text to redeem my code to receive my Controller, so your comments unhelpful

You receive a text after 14 days, if it's more than 18 days then try texting UNLEASHED to 150. However the EE representative has already said you will receive your text. You just have to wait.

What part of my original message did you not read? I received my unleashed text, I activated my unleashed pass but I've heard nothing about the controller which is a separate text which should come after you activated the pass! When I spoke to EE I was told the controller just gets sent automatically but I know that isn't the case

The person you spoke to is correct in saying the text is sent automatically? Have you received it yet?
